Building a pool and spa usually takes 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and features you’ve chosen. At JM Pool Construction, we’re committed to sticking to a guaranteed timeline, keeping you informed at every step so there are no surprises along the way.

The majority of our jobs will be guaranteed in 90 days. There are a few large-scale jobs that will take longer (adding a fireplace, bbq, massive pool, etc.). We always give the client a guaranteed timeline once the design plan is done and we know the scale of the work.
